The Troy Dolan Group Acquires Customer 1st

Londonderry, NH, March 1, 2010 - The Troy Dolan Group has acquired Customer 1st mystery shopping and onsite inspection firm, headquartered in Greensboro, NC. This acquisition will give The Troy Dolan Group greater presence in the southeast as well as exposure to the national customer base of Customer 1st. Carl Phillips, director of Customer 1st, is excited about the acquisition and the experience The Troy Dolan Group already has in the industry. Phillips says, "This acquisition will give Customer 1st access to state of the art client reporting systems that track and report valuable customer experience trends. The acquisition also allows us to schedule and train on a more regional level, giving us direct exposure to those representing Customer 1st to our clients throughout the US and Canada".

The Troy Dolan Group Acquires Best Market Audits (BMA)

June 5, 2007 - We are pleased to announce that The Troy Dolan Group has acquired Best Market Audits (BMA). BMA will operate as the Mystery Shopping/Audit division of The Troy Dolan Group. Peter Thorwarth and his team at BMA will remain on board and continue to run the BMA operation as it has for the past 16 years.
